Hemp seed oil does not contain cannabinoids. Instead, it is an oil rich in the nutrients that human body could benefit from. We will find in it, among others particularly valuable fatty acids (Omega-3 and Omega-6), vitamin E and protein. It also has an interesting, slightly nutty, but at the same time spicy taste.
CBD oil is made from hemp flowers, not seeds. It contains not only many nutrients, but also cannabinoids that act on our endocannabinoid system. It’s an excellent supplement that might support the body’s natural processes and its overall condition.

- For baking – CBD oil can be an addition to baked cakes and other dishes, but be careful – the temperature must not exceed 180 degrees Celsius.
Pay attention to this!
Remember not to treat CBD oil as regular oil. There should not be more than 2-3 drops of oil in one serving. Thanks to this, the dishes will be tasty and certainly will not cause drowsiness or fatigue.
Also pay attention to what you add CBD oil to, because it can lose its properties during heat treatment. For this reason, you should not fry anything on it. However, you can add it to all cold snacks.
